Package Your Items
Securely pack your gear in its original packaging if possible, ensuring all tags are intact and the item is free of dirt or pet hair.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
